The Culinary Arts Institute in Chicago produced these—the women who edited them had names like Edna and Ethel and Phyllis and Louise. Real women! The pamphlets have excellent mid-century illustrations and surprisingly good (if rawther outdated) recipes.
Bonus: The Potatoes pamphlet comes with recipes that were cut out of an unknown, undated newspaper, including "Hints from Heloise" on her favorite potato preparations.
